Preparation procedure

  • Prepare the vegetables Grate the potatoes and carrots coarsely. Slice the leek into rings, chop the cabbage into small pieces and the kapia pepper finely. Put everything into a large bowl and add the chopped parsley.
  • Make the batter In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the pepper. Add the baking powder, oil, milk and then stir in the flour. A thicker batter will form; pour it over the vegetables and mix well.
  • Baking Spread the vegetable mixture evenly onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Final stage After 25 minutes, sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and optionally with sesame seeds. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
