Preparation procedure
- Clean the mushrooms, wash them well and dry them.
- Pour oil into the aluminum foil, add the soy sauce, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice and the green herb.
- Wrap the mushrooms in foil with that mixture.
- Let the mushrooms marinate for about 30 minutes to an hour.
- Then skewer them on metal skewers and put them on the grill to cook. If you bake them in the oven, the temperature should be 200 degrees.
- Baking time 15 minutes.
