  • Peel the garlic and the tomatoes.
  • Cut the peeled tomatoes into quarters and grind them in a meat grinder together with the garlic and salt.
  • Fill the prepared sauce into canning jars.
  • Sterilize the jars and lids before use; you can also use a microwave.
  • Store the filled jars in a cool, dark place in the house, for example in the cellar or pantry.

The sauce will last you up to a year, because salt and garlic are great preservatives.
