Fluffy homemade Kinder milk slices are an ideal dessert when you want something delicate, chocolatey and at the same time easy to prepare. If you enjoy similar “Kinder” desserts at home, I also recommend kinder milk slice – homemade recipe and also homemade Kinder Pingui. Both recipes are similar in taste, beautifully creamy and perfect when you want a quick treat with coffee or for guests.

Preparation procedure

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and frothy. Add the oil and mix briefly. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa and gradually fold into the egg mixture. Spread the resulting smooth batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. Let the sponge cool completely after baking and then cut it horizontally into two equally thick halves.
  • Whip the cream until stiff. In another bowl, mix the quark, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Finally, gently fold in the whipped cream so the cream stays fluffy.
  • Spread the cream evenly over the bottom layer of the sponge. Cover with the second half of the sponge and press lightly. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set and to make it easier to cut.
