Preparation procedure
- Mix the dry ingredients with the grated butter and the yolks and work into a firm dough
- Divide the dough into two parts. One should be larger.
- Wrap in foil and place in the fridge for 45 minutes.
- Prepare a baking tray greased with butter and sprinkled with coarse flour
- Grate the larger part of the dough onto the tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Then let the dough cool.
- Stir the pudding powders into it and gradually add the oil
- Layer the cream onto the dough, place the fruit on the cream and grate the second smaller part of the dough on top.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes from both top and bottom. Another 30 minutes only from the top.
