- Cut the cabbage into half-moon slices, as shown in the picture.
- Cook the cabbage cut like this in salted water until it softens slightly.
- When we've cooked the cabbage, transfer it to a colander so the water drains thoroughly.
- Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper.
- Pour the breadcrumbs into another container.
- Now alternately dip the cabbage into the seasoned eggs and the breadcrumbs.
- Coat the cabbage in a three-stage breading; it will be very tasty and crispy.
- Fry until golden on both sides and serve, for example, with roasted potatoes and a creamy garlic dip.
