Preparation procedure

  • Base Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection 160 °C). Whisk the eggs with the sugar until light and foamy. Gradually mix in the oil, then the sifted flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking sheet (25×35 cm) and bake for 20 minutes.
