  • Beat the eggs with the cream. Add the flour, sugar and baking powder to this mixture.
  • Prepare a bundt pan by greasing it and dusting it with flour.
  • Pour 2/3 of the batter into the pan. Then stir the cocoa into the remaining batter and pour it over the light batter. Using a skewer you can create a spiral pattern from both colors; the bundt cake will be even more beautiful.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 150–160 °C until the bundt cake is golden on top.

You can sprinkle the bundt cake with powdered sugar or decorate it with chocolate glaze.
