Preparation procedure

  • First, the batter needs to be mixed; a hand mixer is most suitable.
  • Crack the whole egg into a bowl and beat it with the sugar until frothy.
  • Add the milk and oil to the whipped mixture. Mix well and gradually add the remaining ingredients. The order doesn't matter. Divide the batter into two halves.
  • You can line the baking tray with parchment paper, but it's enough to grease it and sprinkle it with flour.
  • Take the first half of the batter and spread it evenly on the tray.
  • Then carefully pour the prepared cream onto the batter. Prepare it by adding all the ingredients to the sour cream and mixing (Zlatý klas according to the instructions on the package).
  • When the cream is spread over the batter, you can add any fruit to taste (if you're not a fan of fruit, you don't have to add any) and cover the cream with the second half of the batter.
  • This cake is placed in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius.
  • You can drizzle the baked cake with chocolate topping or sprinkle it with sugar.

The cup should contain 250 ml. It is best to use only one for the whole preparation.
