- You can remove the skin from the meat or score it.
- In a bowl, add salt, black pepper, ground red paprika, and dried garlic and mix. Sprinkle this mixture over the meat all over the surface and into the slits.
- Then make a few slits and insert garlic cloves into them.
- Now wrap the meat in aluminum foil, place it on a baking sheet and put it into a preheated oven. Bake at 180 °C for about 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. Peel and grate the apple. Mix it with the soy sauce, tomato paste, and lemon juice.
- Finally add the sugar, dried garlic, ground red paprika, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Put it on the stove and cook until a smooth sauce forms.
- Unwrap the baked meat from the foil and brush it all over with the prepared marinade on all sides.
- Place the meat on a rack and roast at 220 °C for about 10 – 15 minutes.
- Cover the finished meat with foil. Let it rest for 15 minutes. The meat can then be served.
