  • Cream preparation: From the milk and coconut pudding, cook a thick pudding, let it cool. Whip the butter into a foam with powdered sugar to taste. Then add the cooled pudding and mix well. Finally add the sour cream and combine everything thoroughly.
  • Preparation of the chocolate glaze: Melt the dark chocolate and oil in a water bath and stir until smooth.
  • Finishing the cake: Spread the cream evenly over the cooled base, smooth. Pour the chocolate glaze on top and let it set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
