Preparation procedure
- Cut the cooked eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise, (rice) vinegar, mustard and sugar.
- Add the jalapeno peppers and bacon.
- Put the mixture into a resealable bag and cut a small hole in one corner.
- Use the mixture to fill the cooked eggs.
- Sprinkle with paprika and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
