Preparation procedure

  • Dough: Combine all the ingredients for the dough into a smooth dough. Separate one third and put it into the freezer, put the rest in the refrigerator to cool for a while.
  • Cream: Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks. In another pot, cook the pudding from the milk, pudding powder and sugar. Fold the egg white foam into the hot pudding, let it cool slightly and then add the sour cream and chopped plums.
  • Assembling the cake: Roll out the rested dough and place it on a greased and floured baking sheet. Prick it with a fork and pour the prepared cream onto it. Grate the frozen third of the dough on top as a crumble.
  • Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 35–40 minutes, until the surface is golden.
