Preparation procedure

  • On the surface where we will form the dough, sprinkle the flour, add the vanilla sugar and butter at room temperature cut into cubes
  • Finally add the quark to the dough
  • Work into a uniform, smooth dough.
  • Wrap the dough in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  • Roll the dough into a thicker sheet, and use a glass to cut out circles
  • Fold the circles in half, then fold in half once more
  • Coat them in cinnamon sugar
  • Place on a baking sheet
  • Fill the others with whatever you like
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes at 200 degrees
