- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl - first mix the egg with the sugar, then add the liquids and finally the dry ingredients. (Note: For those who prefer less sugar in sweets, simply reduce the amount of sugar)
- Prepare a baking pan measuring 20 x 30 cm, grease it with oil and pour in the batter. Bake the batter at 180 minutes in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the batter from the oven and let it cool.
- Prepare the cream: mix the milk with the sugar and pudding powder and then cook a thick pudding in the usual way. Don't feel like cooking? No problem - swap the classic pudding for a no-cook pudding. Whip the butter and mix it into the cooled pudding (in the case of no-cook pudding you can mix it in immediately). On top, you can spread whipped cream, or simply sprinkle with nuts.
