Preparation procedure

  • Wash the zucchini and grate it finely. Salt it and let it sit for about 20 minutes. When the juice is released, simply pour it off.
  • Add the grated cheese, crushed garlic, oats, flour and seasonings to the zucchini and mix well.
  • Before shaping, wet your hands so the mixture won't stick to you. Shape the mixture into balls, coat them in breadcrumbs and simply fry.
