Preparation procedure
- Preparing the cream Over low heat, warm the milk, add the sugar and butter. Stir until the mixture thickens. Then remove it from the heat and let it cool. After cooling, add the coconut and mix well.
- Preparing the batter Mix all the ingredients for the batter (you can use a mixer) until a smooth batter forms. Divide the batter into two halves.
