- Crush the cookies and add the melted butter, press the mixture into the bottom of a cake pan lined with foil (if you have a larger pan, you'll need about 1 and 1/2 packs of cookies, I recommend drizzling the cookies with rum).
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave (or alternatively over steam). In a separate bowl mix the quark with the whipping cream.
- Let the melted chocolate cool for a moment (but not completely, it should still be warm) and stir it into the quark mixture. Pour the cream over the cookie base, smooth it out, and then all that's left is to prepare the topping.
- Break the chocolate into pieces, add it to the whipping cream and melt it in the microwave or over steam. Stir well and pour on top.
- Chill it and get ready for a taste-bud treat — for chocolate lovers it's literally a feast!
