Preparation procedure

  • Assembling the cake: Spread the cream evenly over the pre-baked sponge base. Evenly distribute the pitted cherries over the cream. Bake the cake for another 15–20 minutes at the same temperature.
  • Preparation of the topping: Prepare the cake jelly from the cherry juice according to the instructions on the package. Pour it over the cooled cake and let it set.
