Preparation procedure

  • Add the melted butter to a bowl with crushed cookies and mix. Press the mixture into the bottom of a cake pan lined with baking paper. Evenly press it down over the entire surface with a spoon.
  • Cut the plastic bottle roughly at one third and place it in the center of the pan.
  • Add the sugar and pudding powder to a pot with the milk and whisk over heat. Continue whisking until a thin mixture forms, then divide it between two bowls.
  • To one of the bowls, add the broken dark chocolate while the mixture is still hot and whisk until it melts.
  • Through the bottle placed in the pan, alternately pour the light and dark mixtures inside. Finally remove the bottle and pour the remaining mixture into the center.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator for one hour and once cooled it can be served.
