  • Preparation of the onion mixture: Cut the onion into half rings and place in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix everything well.
  • Preparation of the tomatoes and sauce: Wash the tomato and slice into rounds. In another bowl mix the sour cream (or plain yogurt), tomato ketchup and mustard. Mix this mixture well.
  • Meat preparation: Slice the pork loin into slices about 1.5 cm thick. Make incisions along the edges of each slice and score the entire surface of the meat in a grid. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Layering on the baking tray: On a tray lined with baking paper place the prepared meat slices. Spread the prepared sauce on each meat slice. Place a tomato round on the meat and layer the onion mixture on top.
  • Baking: Cover the tray with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approximately 50 minutes.
