Preparation procedure

We season and taste the minced meat as we are used to, with onion, egg, a little breadcrumbs, etc.
Form larger meat patties (I had 150g each) and place them in a baking dish lightly greased with oil (I chose olive)
on the patties we place a grated and well‑squeezed potato, which we salt; on top of the potato we put
whipped cream and we also add grated Edam, cover the baking dish with foil and bake approx.
at 150-180° for 30 min. After that we remove the foil and leave it to bake another 10 min until the cheese turns golden. My oven manages it
in about 30 min total.
