METHOD:
Mix all ingredients for the batter together thoroughly, except for the egg whites, sweeten with honey to taste, and finally fold in the beaten egg whites.
Put into a silicone mold and bake at 175° C for about 40-45 minutes. It depends on your oven.

After baking, let the cake cool down properly (1-2h) so everything sets and it doesn’t fall apart.
When it has cooled, spread the top of the cake with plain yogurt, place dried apples with nuts on it, and serve 🙂
