Preparation procedure

  1. MAKING THE PUDDING for chocolate&banana cake
  2. a) Prepare a bowl into which we put CHOCOLATE PUDDING POWDER (35 g), which we pour 1,5 dcl MILK into
  3. b) Prepare a pot in which we put 3,5 dcl MILK. Then add GRANULATED SUGAR (30 g). Heat the milk slightly.
  4. c) Using a whisk or a spoon, mix the contents of the bowl, which we will then pour into the pot with the slightly heated milk. 
  5. d) While stirring constantly, heat the contents of the pot; the pudding is ready as soon as it thickens (do not cook it for long)
  6. e) Transfer the pudding to a larger bowl and let it cool for at least 2 hours.

 

  1. PREPARATION OF GELATIN for  chocolate&banana cake
  2. f) Prepare the gelatin by sprinkling the GELATIN (40 g) into a bowl and adding WATER (1,5 dcl). Thoroughly mix the bowl’s contents with a whisk.

  2. g)  Take a larger stainless steel bowl and place it over a pot of water (create a so-called water bath). Place the pot on the stove.
  3. h) Put COOKING CHOCOLATE (300 g) into the bowl and let it melt in the pot while stirring occasionally. Then add HOT MILK (1,5 dcl) and mix thoroughly with a whisk.  Heat well.

Set the prepared chocolate aside in the water bath (remove it from the stove).

  2. ch) Take the cake tin and line its bottom with food wrap.
  3. i) Peel 5 BANANAS, remove the ends and cut each into 3 even pieces.
  4. j) Line the bottom of the tin with the sliced bananas so that they stand and are evenly distributed over the base of the cake tin.

Carefully set the prepared tin aside.

 

  1. PREPARATION OF THE CREAM for chocolate&banana cake
  2. k) Put SOUR CREAM (400 g), QUARK (250 g), COCOA (50 g) and POWDERED SUGAR (70 g) into a bowl. Thoroughly mix the contents with a handheld electric mixer.
  3. l) Then add the chilled pudding and the prepared hot chocolate. Mix the contents again thoroughly with a handheld electric mixer.
  4. m) Finally add the prepared gelatin and briefly mix again with the handheld electric mixer.

 

  1. FINISHING chocolate&banana cake

Take the cake tin with the bananas and carefully spoon and ladle the prepared cream into it. Finally place several CHOCOLATE COOKIES on top of the cream

Put the prepared CHOCOLATE&BANANA CAKE in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. After it sets, turn the dessert over, remove the bottom food wrap and you can cut it.
