Preparation procedure

  • Before starting, let the bowl in which you'll whip chill in the freezer for at least half an hour
  • In this bowl, whip the cream for 5-7 minutes
  • When the cream is thick enough, add the salko little by little
  • Then pour the cream into a plastic container, or spread it between two prepared waffles
  • Let it harden in the freezer for approximately 4-6 hours
  • Then simply slice the Russian ice cream and serve
  • If you put the ice cream into a tub, you can serve it with fruit or fruit toppings
