Ingredients

200 grams of salko (sweetened condensed milk)
500 ml whipping cream
waffles

Preparation procedure

Before starting, let the bowl in which you'll whip chill in the freezer for at least half an hour
In this bowl, whip the cream for 5-7 minutes
When the cream is thick enough, add the salko little by little
Then pour the cream into a plastic container, or spread it between two prepared waffles
Let it harden in the freezer for approximately 4-6 hours
Then simply slice the Russian ice cream and serve
If you put the ice cream into a tub, you can serve it with fruit or fruit toppings
