Instructions:
In a blender, puree the spinach completely until smooth with a tablespoon of lime juice.
Beat the eggs with sugar until light and foamy, then slowly pour in the oil while continuing to whisk.
Add the blended spinach, lime zest, and mix.
Add the flour mixed with baking powder to the mixture and stir. The batter consistency should be just right.
Pour the batter into a cake pan lined with baking paper and lightly greased with oil and bake at 170°C for about 25 minutes. Check doneness with a skewer; the batter should not stick to the skewer.
Let the baked base cool.
Cream:
Beat the mascarpone with the sugar. Whip the cream until it begins to thicken, then add the mascarpone and whisk into a thick cream. You can also add a stabilizer to the cream.

If the base is tall, it can be sliced and filled; I spread the filling directly onto the base. Put it in the fridge for a while to chill.
Then sprinkle the surface with chocolate chips or blueberries and pour the jelly over everything. Put it in the refrigerator to set
