Sauté the onion in olive oil, add the mushrooms and fry them some more (mushrooms are watery and will release water).
– To the sautéed mixture we add the finely chopped meat, mix well and simmer until the meat is tender.
– Next we add water, pickled cucumbers cut into small pieces, mustard, homemade ketchup, parsley, salt, pepper, Vegeta and finally plain yogurt. Mix everything thoroughly. If your stroganoff is very thin, we recommend thickening it a little with potato starch.
– Let the stroganoff come to a boil, remove from the heat and serve 🙂
