Preparation procedure

  • Preparation of the batter: Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare the pan (grease it or line it with baking paper).
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the oil, milk and instant coffee, mix well.
  • Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into the mixture. Gently mix until a smooth batter forms.

  • Dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk, add to the mixture and stir until the glaze thickens.
  • Finishing: Let the baked cake cool for a while and then pour the still-warm glaze over it. Let it set completely and then serve.
