Are you looking for a dessert that you can prepare in no time and don’t have to bake? This no-bake cake is the perfect choice! It combines butter cookies, vanilla pudding and a delicate creamy layer. Preparation takes only 15 minutes and the result is fantastic!

Preparation procedure

  • Prepare a pan measuring 25 × 35 cm. Briefly dip the cookies in the milk and lay out the bottom of the pan with two layers of cookies.
  • In a larger pot heat 1.5 l of milk. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and pudding powder. Stirring constantly, cook until a thick custard forms. If necessary, use a hand mixer to remove any lumps.
  • In 400 ml of milk whip the powdered whipping cream and powdered sugar. Gradually fold this mixture into the warm pudding and finally add the gelatin.
  • Pour the finished cream over the layer of cookies and spread evenly. Let cool to room temperature.
  • Sprinkle the surface with crushed cookies and, if desired, drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • Let the cake chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so that it sets nicely.
