How to properly prepare eggs?
In every classic English breakfast you’ll definitely find eggs – whether boiled or baked, they’re there. This tradition was transferred long ago to the surrounding world; after all, the morning meal is the most important meal of the day, nutritious and above all – its preparation is very easy and quick. In addition, you can prepare a wide variety of dishes from eggs.
We’ll share with you the knowledge that allows us to prepare magical morning omelettes and other masterpieces in which eggs play the leading role.
Wise tips for preparing eggs
Oven instead of the stove
So that our stove isn’t crowded with all sorts of pots full of eggs, it’s possible to “cook” them directly in the baking oven. Put the eggs into a muffin baking tray and place them in an oven preheated to 180ºC for 30 minutes. Then take the eggs out of the oven and put them into cold water to cool. This way you’ll get ten and maybe even more eggs in one batch.
Efficient serving
So the eggs don’t spread all over the pan, prepare edible molds from bell peppers, onions, or even bread. It’s very tasty, efficient, and wonderfully aromatic.
Bottle to the rescue
An ordinary plastic bottle will help us separate the yolk from the white. Crack several eggs into a bowl or a deep plate, gently squeeze the bottle with your hand and press its neck to the yolk, release the bottle: it will quickly suck the whole yolk into itself, leaving the white in the plate or bowl.
Yolk in the center
Stuffed eggs will be much easier to prepare if the yolk is right in the middle of the egg, and the dish will look much more tasteful. To achieve this result, place the carton with your eggs on its side for at least 12 hours, then you can cook them and after slicing you’ll have the yolk in the center.
Egg and a pushpin
There’s nothing worse than when a large part of a boiled egg sticks to the shell. To prevent this from happening, you need to prick the egg at room temperature with a tiny pin. But you must be careful not to crack the shell. Put the egg into boiling water and continue to cook it in the usual way. No, nothing will leak out: there is an air pocket on the blunt end of the egg which will protect the entire interior.
Precise cut
A spoon and a knife, which we dip in water so the yolk won’t stick to it, will help us cut the egg into two perfectly identical halves.
Omelette master
We can prepare a fluffy egg omelette not only in a pan or in a baking oven, but also in other very interesting ways. Make a mixture of eggs, milk, spices, cheese, ham and tasty herbs. And to prepare the omelette use a waffle iron or an ordinary plastic bag.
