That’s really the case. Millions of people around the world suffer from long-term back pain, and often no one knows an effective way to get rid of it.

Modern medicine does possess many effective means against common health problems, but it often doesn’t have a complete solution for back, spine and joint pain.

However, traditional forms of folk treatment, especially ancient Chinese medicine, in contrast to modern medicine, can very effectively deal with chronic problems.

It is based on the basic theory of meridians, which, as energy pathways, run through the human body and influence many of its functions.

According to it, diseases are the result of a damaged flow of energy through the meridians. Diseases of organs can thus be cured by restoring this energy flow through them.

To achieve this goal it uses two methods – acupuncture and acupressure.

Acupuncture, that is the insertion of thin needles into the body, is a more complex method and should not be performed by someone who is not sufficiently trained in it.

On the other hand, acupressure is simpler and can be performed at home.

And that is precisely why we decided to devote this article to acupressure, because applying it only requires reading a simple guide.

Acupressure against back and joint pain

Massage and pressing certain points on the body can relieve painful symptoms in the joints, legs, or back.

By regularly stimulating them you will eliminate the pain completely. These are the following points, knowledge of which will help solve your back and joint problems:

Point GB29

Acupressure point GB29

This point is located in the area where the pelvis connects to the femur.

Stimulating it will reduce hip pain and joint pain in general.

Point GB30

You will find acupressure point GB30 a little lower toward the back, at the posterior end of the pelvic bone.

In combination with stimulation of acupressure point GB29 you can relieve pain in the joints, back, hip and shoulder joints.

The third point is point B54, which is located on the back of the knee hollow (see opening image).

Its stimulation relaxes the muscles and relieves back pain, the lower back (sacrum) and hip joint pain.

Stimulate each of the points listed on each side of the body by pressing or massaging in circular motions for several minutes. For best results, it is suitable to repeat the stimulation 2 to 3 times a day.
