Oil rinsing of the mouth on an empty stomach is an ancient Ayurvedic practice. If we all performed this procedure every day from childhood, dentists around the world would be out of work.
The secret lies in the special property of oil lipids
Oil lipids draw bacteria out of the oral cavity and prevent them from re-adhering to the teeth and oral mucosa. I’ll tell you how to rinse properly, which will free you from common problems: clean your teeth of dental plaque, strengthen your gums, ward off bad breath … And that’s not all!
Rinse your mouth with oil
Perform the procedure in the morning, immediately after waking, on an empty stomach! Take 1 tablespoon of sunflower or olive oil into your mouth (you can use coconut, sesame and other oils). You must keep the oil in your mouth for 10 minutes. Never swallow it: while the oil is in your mouth, it will pull out all the bacteria and toxins from the mouth.
Once the oil has become very cloudy, spit it out and rinse your mouth with warm water.
Oil rinsing is the best detoxifying agent for oral use
No medicine, no toothpaste will work as effectively! Within a few days you will notice that your breath is fresher and your teeth whiter. And that’s just the beginning. Now you can clean your teeth as usual!
