I hadn’t eaten fried food for years, whenever I had a crispy cauliflower or a schnitzel I suffered digestive problems and therefore avoided this indulgence. My doctor advised a little trick , which at first glance seemed like a joke , but I tried it and it really works .
How to do it?
It’s pretty simple, just fry schnitzels or vegetables in oil until golden, then immerse them for a short moment in boiling water . Then immediately remove and, as usual, place on a paper towel. It doesn’t change the taste of the fried food, it just won’t make you feel heavy and it’s also much more diet-friendly – just look into the water and you’ll see how much grease you’ve removed from the food . I can’t praise it enough. Try it on one piece and you’ll see for yourself. 🙂
