If you’re worried that you’ll have to chew six raw cloves of garlic every day, we must reassure you – that’s not true. Raw garlic tends to cause heartburn, stomach irritation and bad breath. To achieve the amazing effect, you can use roasted garlic, which won’t have such a strong smell or taste. But why do that?

Garlic is considered one of the healthiest foods. It is used to treat and prevent various illnesses. In many superfood comparisons it is found at the forefront of the list.
