Hardly anyone would believe that alcohol is also present in foods where no one would look for it. The usual alcohol content in selected products may be negligible, but individual measured values can harm children in particular. They can get used to its taste, which may cause serious problems in the future.

It should be noted that alcohol may be hidden on product labels under other names. It can be substances like ethyl alcohol, ethanol or coffee and egg liqueurs, wine and rum.

The biggest surprise are definitely the 7 Days croissants, which children often enjoy. Alcohol is mixed into most of the fillings, including a filling flavored with the Italian sparkling wine Spumante.

Alcohol is also found in mini slices, and it is the same brand as in the case of the croissants. This time, however, the manufacturer admitted this item on the labels of all types of mini slices.

Another surprise occurred with the Tender roll from the Milka brand. Two versions are sold: milk and hazelnut filling. Both sweets contain residual amounts of alcohol.

One of the biggest surprises is certainly the creamy Mňam Duo yogurt with tiramisu flavor from the Rajo brand. It contains various aromatic substitutes, in this case a coffee liqueur.

A dessert like ice cream is also not doing well. Specifically, it’s Viennetta, which is a frozen cream with egg liqueur.

Also at risk is the Tiramisu ice cream from Carte D’Or with Marsala wine and the frozen cream with added rum from the Tesco brand. In this case, the manufacturers stated on the label that the products contain 0.2 percent alcohol.
