12. NEVER drink hot beverages (tea and coffee) with sugar! It’s much easier to give it up than to burn off those unnecessary extra calories later.

13. The best drink for those who want to lose weight is green tea. Drink 2 cups a day, but not on an empty stomach!

14. A simple walk is the best friend of your legs and is also very beneficial for weight loss. Just 30 minutes of brisk walking a day is enough to maintain a reasonable weight and improve mood.

19. When during a meal you feel that your stomach is 80% full, get up from the table. This is a golden rule and when losing weight you should never eat to complete fullness.

20. Get quality sleep! Studies show that people suffering from chronic insomnia eat 1.5 times more than they should!

21. Monitor your body and weight. The ideal weight loss is 1–1.5 kg per week. Slow weight loss is the path to lasting success!

22. Prepare meals yourself at home in advance. Restaurant food usually contains too much salt, spices or fat. You have much better control over food you prepare yourself.
