A completely basic thing. Just 2–3 kilograms of onion in 250 ml of water is enough. Peel the onions and start boiling them in the water until they are soft. Additionally, the onion is perfectly delicious. Then you should let the onion cool and use it in dishes. Ideally divide the dose of the decoction into 3 parts and drink it before each meal during the day.

Pumpkin seeds

You can eat pumpkin seeds on their own or add them to your dishes.

Watermelon seeds

Cinnamon
