How to survive the coronavirus – for some a banal course, for others a deadly disease.
Epidemics have claimed more lives in the history of mankind than armed conflicts.
Various types of viral illnesses from the Spanish flu to bird flu together with the HIV pandemic have claimed the lives of tens of millions of people.
IF we set aside the creeping ongoing infectious HIV pandemic, which has so far claimed 32 million lives, about 50 years separate us from the last major pandemic. At that time humanity faced the Hong Kong flu, caused by an extremely contagious virus that spread worldwide and killed over 2 million people. Its mutations still circulate in the population today, but they now cause ordinary seasonal flu.
What can we do in the current situation?
Adopt the classic Czech wait-and-see attitude and do nothing – it will work out somehow.
Actively empty the shops, stock up on food and antiviral window protections, and not leave our lair so we don’t get infected.
Food will eventually run out or spoil, a person will get infectious diarrhea and end up in hospital, just the same as with another type of infection. The body weakens and then the coronavirus present everywhere easily finishes the job of destruction.
These days it is not possible to isolate completely for a long time, moreover there is nothing to do it with – professional respirators are still not available.
We have the option to live our lives, comply with official announced restrictions and bans, be cautious (see the Link: Nine Rules of Survival) and actively work on our immune condition while we can.
So far all the media are frightening us and officials advise how to avoid infection or hide from it, but unfortunately no one tells us how to fight the infection and how to survive it. Sooner or later the vast majority of us will come across the coronavirus.
But why does someone get sick and someone else not? And why do some of the infected die, some have a severe course with consequences, and others have a mild course and recover quickly? Many parameters play a role and are being studied. In any case, for any contagious disease the ability of our organism to withstand the so-called infectious pressure plays a very important role. This is the ability of our immune system to withstand exposure to a pathogen, i.e. coronaviruses, without showing disease.
So how to prepare our immune system to withstand infectious pressure?
Ideally it is advisable to build not only a strong personal immunity, but also the immunity of our children and other family members. For this purpose it is appropriate to focus on immunostimulants that are maximally effective. A professional preparation for building and strengthening immunity called Imunilky by Dr. Bojda represents one of the most effective contemporary natural dietary supplements. It is the first comprehensive immune preparation on the market in the Czech Republic intended for global strengthening of the immune system. It is clear that this preparation can replace several specific products, unfortunately it is not widely represented in pharmacies.
Will an individual who uses the preparation not get sick? It depends on the state of their immune condition. The probability that they will become ill is reduced. IF the preparation is used in sufficient dosing then usually resistance arises, which practically manifests itself so that some infections do not result in illness and if they do, the disease is overcome quickly. Typically a raised temperature, possibly cough or mucus production, will appear, but the course of the disease usually does not develop into severe purulent and inflammatory manifestations and persistent febrile conditions.
And what about the importance of vitamin C? Vitamin C is essential, but it must be maximally effective, which is encountered only sporadically in Czech pharmacies. In the case of vitamin C, humanity pulled out only one substance from the whole spectrum of many and began to produce it synthetically and pass it off as vitamin C. Scurvy will not arise from that, but it is still quite far from strong immunity. Dr. Bojda tried to mimic nature and used several types of ascorbyl substances that are soluble not only in water but also in fats and embedded them into a natural plant base rich in vitamin C from blackcurrant and sea buckthorn. A unique Vitamin C 500 Biocomplex was created which is up to 3x more effective than ordinary ascorbic acid, which until recently filled pharmacies, but stocks of this, the so-called effective vitamin C, are quickly diminishing in pharmacies and in some places cannot yet be PURCHASED.
According to Eastern medicine, at this time of year at the end of winter it is very beneficial to take real GINSENG, not only for strengthening immunity, but also for the psyche and possible depressive states from the spread of coronavirus and the consequences of its effects. The highest number of suicide cases in the whole year is indeed in March. According to the latest information from China, very old people aged over 90 survived the coronavirus and recovered. They often did not even use classical medicines but used methods of traditional Chinese medicine, which uses natural substances for healing. The circumstances of the treatment and the substances used are being investigated. Zinc is also important for building immunity.
It is also possible to sweeten life with something that can also kill viruses and bacteria, and that is honey, which children will especially appreciate.
Most of the population in the Czech Republic has problems with weakened immunity, but each of us can become more resistant and healthier, feel better and live longer – it takes very little, just do something for it.
