Self-reflection is a nice thing, but let’s admit that sometimes we take it a bit too far. Often we are not as fat as we feel when looking in the mirror. However, if you feel that it’s not so bad with you but it could be better, get rid of what has settled on you and didn’t have to.

We won’t announce any big news. Diet is the most effective method for losing excess kilos from places where they don’t suit. When we realize this small detail and keep it in mind during the day, everything will become much easier for us. And even the fat-burning cocktail will be easier to drink.

Fat-burning cocktail

Weight loss with a drink has already brought beautiful results to many desperate women in the form of a nice figure. However, no one achieved the desired results just by drinking the beverage once a week, or at best for a whole week and then stopping. Get rid of stress, tension and tell yourself that this is the best thing you can do for yourself, your health, your psyche and especially your figure. The right start is tied to a positive attitude!

The cocktail should be part of your breakfast. We assure you that it is not harmful to your health or body, because it consists only of the healthiest ingredients.

Prepare:

  • 100g low-fat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • ½ carrot
  • ½ green apple
  • a little lemon juice

Instructions:

Mix the sour cream, flaxseed oil and lemon juice. In a blender, puree the carrot and apple into a mash and add them to the mixture.

Then mix everything well together and drink it. It certainly won’t taste bad. At most you’ll have to get a little used to the new flavor.

Thanks to the cream and oil, the cocktail is nutritious and will keep you full through the entire morning.

If it’s still not enough, prepare a porridge of buckwheat or oats to go with it.

Sweeten it with honey.

Usage

You can safely drink the cocktail 30 minutes before a meal; it has a good effect on the amount of food you consume and at the same time kickstarts your metabolism so it burns faster. It is recommended as a dietary supplement, but also as a main breakfast meal or a healthy dinner.

Everything depends only on you and your strong will. By drinking the beverage you will reduce the number of calories consumed and the excess weight will gradually begin to disappear. However, don’t expect miracles after a week, but at least after two. If you want to maintain your newly adopted regimen, drink the cocktail as a routine. As soon as you stop, know that the kilos can easily come back. Unless in the meantime you “succumb” to some physical activity.
