If we are dealing with weakened immunity, it is a blow to our body. Then we should try to eat as much fresh vegetables and fruit as possible, which are rich in vitamins. However, we should not forget other substances such as proteins and minerals. When the body is balanced, immunity is high and it is hard for any disease to beat it.

Eastern cultures have, since time immemorial, offered traditional recipes based mainly on natural ingredients.

Ginger combined with garlic is used as a spice in the kitchen, but thanks to their content of beneficial substances they can also help with reduced immunity. They give dishes a unique, oriental flavor and provide the body with needed nutrients.

You can easily make and mix the ginger-garlic paste at home.

You can add it to sauces, soups, practically almost anywhere. During winter, this can significantly reduce the risk of illness and colds.

How to make it?

We will need:
  • half a cup of peeled
  • chopped ginger
  • the same proportion of garlic.

Procedure:

Blend everything in a blender into a paste, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little salt.

Put the paste into a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator. If you want the garlic smell to dissipate, first freeze the mixture in the freezer and then leave it in the fridge.

Usage

Add it to meat along with curry seasoning, to soup, or even to a marinade.
