One of the healthiest fruits on our planet is surely the lemon. It has countless health benefits and, thanks to its unique taste, is found in many dishes. Lemon is an ideal choice for detoxifying the body. But the problem is how to obtain all the nutrients and compounds from the lemon.

Many of these compounds are contained in the peel and pulp of the lemon and they do not end up in the juice when juicing. Therefore, freezing them, subsequently grating them and eating them in this form is a much better option.

Because lemon peel is quite bitter, consume them by first freezing and then grinding them whole, including the pulp, pepper and peel.
Add such grated lemon to dishes, smoothies, teas, baked goods, desserts, salads, soups or other dishes.

Scientists studied the effect of whole lemons on cancer ten years ago.
They found that they can very effectively eliminate cancer cells from many types of cancer, including lung, breast and colon cancer.
The best thing is that, unlike such chemotherapy, they target exclusively cancer cells and do not harm healthy ones.
According to Dr. Marilyn Glenville, a nutrition adviser and expert on women’s health, citrus peel significantly strengthens the immune system and overall health.
They also claim that smoothies (made by blending whole fruits, including the peel) are healthier than classic squeezed juices, because the peel contains substantially more nutrients.
