Ingredients

  • 200 grams of beetroot
  • 200 grams of carrots
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • honey (optional)

Preparation

First clean the carrots, apple and beetroot and then juice them in a juicer.
Then squeeze the juice from the lemon and orange.
Now mix everything together.
If you wish, add 2 to 3 teaspoons of honey to sweeten and improve the taste.
Stir again so that the honey completely dissolves in the juice.

Tip

It’s best to prepare the juice fresh each time – this preserves the maximum of vitamins and enzymes.
However, we understand that constantly washing the juicer is quite a chore. Therefore you can also prepare a larger amount of juice at once.
Keep the unused portion in a glass bottle in the fridge, but not for more than 12 hours.

Usage

You will achieve the best effect if you drink this juice before a meal on an empty stomach. Preferably in the morning, or before lunch or before dinner.
For acute fatigue, consume as needed until it subsides.
In case of chronic fatigue or other health problems, drink 2 to 3 glasses a day for 1 week, then take a week off and subsequently repeat the course.
