Varicose veins usually begin to appear around the age of 20. Many people do not pay enough attention to them until the health problem interferes with functioning in everyday life.
However, it is necessary to pay attention to this problem from the beginning, because the consequences are often not fully reversible. 
Varicose veins most often affect women, but men are not excluded.

Recipe for a remedy against varicose veins

For this health problem we bring you a grandmother’s recipe that really works and its effect is very quick compared to classic medicines. The remedy is completely natural and therefore will help our body without harming it and we do not have to expect side effects. 
After application you will feel immediate relief and after a few days the pain and pressure in the legs will be gone.
Preparation is easy and quick.

You will need

  • Aloe vera gel from the leaves – 0.5 dcl
  • Apple cider vinegar – 2-3 tablespoons
  • Grated carrot – 0.5 dcl

Procedure

Scrape fresh gel from the aloe vera. Clean the carrot and grate it finely. Mix the gel together with the carrot. 

Add the vinegar and start mixing. You can mix by hand, but a hand mixer will help a lot to create a pasty consistency.

Put this mixture into a sealable jar.

Application

Spread the mixture over the area where varicose veins trouble you. Leave it on for about 30 minutes and during this time relax with your legs slightly raised upwards.

Repeat this procedure once every day until the pain subsides.

Leg massage

An ideal complement to this remedy is a light leg massage. It is not appropriate to massage directly over varicose veins, but the area around them. Ideally start on the soles of the feet and work upward to the thighs. Avoid the varicose veins so that the massage does not hurt you.

Keep the legs elevated at a 45 degree angle during the massage. Therefore it will be easier if you use another person for the massage.

For a more pleasant massage you can use oil with a drop of juniper essential oil, which acts as a stimulant and supports blood circulation in the veins.
