After a longer period of inactivity the body completely closes off and simply doesn’t want to cooperate with your efforts. The most problematic areas of the body are especially the hips, the area around the waist and the rear muscles. Why? Because those are the parts we move the least during the day and are therefore much more prone to fat accumulation. So if you otherwise get enough movement, you should set aside at least a few minutes every day to exercise the mentioned areas. Side bending is, of course, very effective for working the lateral muscles, which we mentioned at the beginning as one of the most troublesome areas of the human body. For this exercise you again need to stand with your feet slightly apart and alternately stretch your arms as if to the sides (always in a cross motion). To achieve the best results, it is important to keep your body engaged while bending; you must not “take it easy.” For an even better effect, take light dumbbells in your hands, if you can of course handle them. To begin, do three sets of this exercise with 20 bends on each side.

Absolute top in the area of exercising without any equipment for many years has been push-ups, and even bodybuilders never forget them in relation to their physique. This is a unique exercise that forces all the muscles of the body to engage, especially the chest, shoulders and back. Technically it is important to keep the body straight like a plank and try to move only the targeted muscles, not to help yourself with others. If you are just starting with push-ups, certainly do fewer at first. Gradually increase and when you finally work up to thirty push-ups a day, you’re winning!

Grab your ankles with your hands, take a deep breath and rest for approximately the same amount of time as you spent doing the exercise.

Lie with your stomach on the ball, touch the ground with your feet and place your hands behind your head. Lift and lower the upper back and at the same time try to keep your neck straight. It may seem like nonsense at first glance, but in practice you will definitely feel a burning pain after many repetitions.

Last but not least, we also recommend an exercise that, besides greatly helping your body, also looks unbeatable! The bridge consists of placing your body in an all-fours position, but you do it the opposite way than you have been used to! Exercising with your belly up is very demanding and not many people will easily manage it, so if we may recommend, start it only after a few weeks of regular exercise. Your body will then be better able to cope.
