However, that is often not the case nowadays, which is why more traffic accidents occur on the roads every day. And more than once it’s simply due to pure inattention.

Most people answer that the bus has the right of way. This solution is not correct. The red car must go first.
Why?
The Road Traffic Act states that light signals take precedence over vertical traffic signs. So the bus, because it is turning left, although it has green together with the car, must give way to the oncoming vehicle. It enters the intersection, lets the car through, and completes the turn.
