Ingredients
To make this anti-cancer juice you will need ingredients in the following weight ratio:
- red beet (50%)
- carrot (20%)
- celery root (15%)
- potato (10%)
- radish (5%)
Preparation
The only thing you need to do is put all the ingredients into a juicer and juice them.
If you don’t have a juicer, you can cut the vegetables into smaller pieces, blend them in a blender and possibly add a little water if it would be too thick due to the fiber content.
Usage
Drink 2 to 3 glasses of 2 dl of this juice each day. That is a total of 4 to 6 dl of juice per day.
