ANY GOAL IS REAL, YOU JUST MUSTNíT FORGET ABOUT IT.
We explain a bad mood and headaches as fatigue and problems at work. We swallow pills and soothe our nerves with sweets instead of drinking a glass of plain water.
Many of you will tap your forehead, but in most cases it is precisely a lack of water that is the reason we feel bad. Our body simply lacks water and reacts to it very sensitively. Every second person on the planet drinks only one-third of the recommended daily water intake, which leads to a disruption of the body’s chemical processes.
But while a young organism can still more or less cope with a lack of water, with increasing age this condition leads to the development of a whole range of problems.
Answer honestly a simple question: how often do you suffer from headaches and fatigue and how much water do you drink per day if you do not count tea and coffee? If your head usually hurts already in the morning, it’s time to think.
MORE DOES NOT MEAN BETTER
In recent years most articles about a healthy lifestyle mention how important water is for the human body. It is the most useful substance on our planet and the more of it you drink during the day, the healthier you will be.
Literally with every sip of water it’s as if every cell of the human body regenerates, rejuvenates and fills with useful substances. However, experts do not fully agree with this statement.
“There is an opinion, very often quoted in articles in various newspapers and magazines, that our need to drink can be satisfied only and exclusively by water” says dietitian Gal Goldberg.
And he continues: “But neither my colleagues nor I have ever claimed that people should drink only water. What to drink is, in fact, a matter for each individual.”
How much water to drink during the day is also individual and depends on a person’s diet, their place of residence and the activities they perform during the day.
If you currently follow the recommended daily water intake of 1.5 – 2 l, try dividing it and drinking water at prescribed times to achieve the maximum effect on your health.
WHEN TO DRINK WATER DURING THE DAY?
08:00. Two glasses of warm water with lemon on an empty stomach. It has been proven that this is the best start to the day.
Water alone on an empty stomach is an ideal way to achieve the proper level of hydration, wake up the body and prepare it for food intake.
You should start breakfast no earlier than half an hour after you have drunk the water with lemon.
11:00. A glass of room-temperature water.
Drinking water at this hour reduces appetite and means you will eat only half of your usual portion at lunch. To those who consider lunch the main meal of the day this may seem like a joke, but if you want not only to improve your health but also to lose weight, make it a habit.
13:00. A glass of warm water 30 minutes before lunch and another glass during lunch.
It is said that drinking any liquids with a meal harms health. But that is not entirely accurate. If you drink a sweet or carbonated beverage, especially in larger amounts, that will certainly not do you good. However, a glass of warm water during lunch will, on the contrary, improve your digestion.
16:00. Half a liter of room-temperature water.
The time between lunch and dinner is filled variously: some with fruit, some with chocolate bars or chips. But correctly you should fill it with water.
20:00. A glass of warm water. At the end of the day. You can add a slice of lemon and a bit of liquid honey, which will not only improve the taste of the drink but also benefit your body.
Such a drinking regimen will not only benefit your health, but will also help you get rid of excess kilograms.
Now you no longer have to go on diets, starve, or otherwise deny yourself and you’ll still lose weight. And as a bonus you’ll be healthier and stronger.
Share this information with others and prove that the most important thing is not how much you drink per day, but when you drink it. Good luck!
