Banana mixture with cinnamon

The main ingredient of this drink is the banana, which contains potassium, magnesium and phosphorus. Potassium is beneficial for all the muscles in the human body, including the heart muscle. Phosphorus helps the body cope with the absorption of carbohydrates.
Cinnamon can help prevent Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, various tumors and meningitis.
I prefer cinnamon in its natural form rather than powder. Cinnamon helps fight infertility, helps balance the number of male and female hormones in a woman’s body. The spice significantly reduces blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels.

What we need

  • 2 bananas cut into slices

Preparation method
