Cancer is the most feared disease that exists. The reason is that it is very insidious; it can appear in anyone, at any time and anywhere, and it should be added that there is no 100 percent successful cure for it.

That is why many people are worried about it. As with any other disease, it also applies here that if it is caught in the bud, the chance of cure is quite large.

Therefore prevention is especially important.

It’s good to pay attention to your body and anything unusual.

By this we do not of course want to say that any of the 15 signals will directly point to cancer, but if they do appear, it is appropriate to be on alert.

Stool

Watch what comes out of you. If the stool is too loose, that is not a natural state. Likewise, it is not natural if you are constipated and do not have a bowel movement for several days in a row, even if you eat normally.

Urine

Notice any pain that may occur during urination. If it is burning, itching, or stinging, that also indicates that this area of your body is affected. It could be the ureter, the bladder, and in men it could also be the prostate.

Bruises

Do they appear on different parts of your body? Even without having hard contact with another object? That is, without you having hit that spot before? If so, a visit to the doctor is also appropriate here.

Blood

If it appears without cause, it is quite a big warning that something is not right. Bleeding from the nose can often occur without cause, or for example blood in the stool or blood in the urine. It is also good to find out whether any wounds bleed more than usual.

Lumps

Watch the skin of your body and by feeling check whether various lumps are appearing on your body. They can have many causes – for example, it may be a fatty lump. The correct diagnosis will always be made by the doctor to whom you go with the problem.

Heartburn

It is common to occur after a heavy or fatty meal, and it can also occur after alcohol. If you have daily heartburn even though you eat properly and healthily, this warning should not be underestimated. There may be something wrong with your digestive tract.

Skin moles

This includes, for example, the appearance of freckles as well as various marks. Both in relation to the fact that there was nothing in those places before, or in relation to the fact that those formations are enlarging or may be changing their shape. This is also a signal that you need to see a doctor.

Body hair

Has it happened that your body hair is growing much more and more intensely than before? Or do you notice that you have to visit the hairdresser much more often? This condition may indicate hormonal changes associated with another problem.

Skin problems

There can be a whole range of them. For example, dryness of the skin, its excessive damage, as well as redness and increased sensitivity. Anyone who has never suffered from something like this and now begins to suffer should be on alert.

Pain

It doesn’t matter what it’s about. It can be muscles, it can be the head, as well as, for example, joints or the back. If pains trouble you more often and more than before, and you cannot find a logical cause, it is certainly not normal. Quite the opposite.

Temperature

If you are not having a cold or suffering from another illness, the temperature should be steady, up to 37 degrees Celsius. But what if it is higher? Or even a fever? It may be a sign that your body is beginning to fight something that should not be in the organism.

Weight loss

You might say that it’s good that you’re losing weight. However, the opposite is true. If weight reduction is without cause, even though you continue to live the same lifestyle, it may indicate that something else is consuming your energy. With a doctor you can find out what that may be.

Cough

As with temperature, it is appropriate first to rule out a common cold or a similar problem associated with a common illness. A cough without cause that recurs and lasts a long time is something for which an explanation needs to be sought.

Swollen lymph nodes

These are the so-called lymph nodes, which are located in various places on the body. Swelling can be identified quite easily. Namely, the areas are sensitive, and the spot is markedly swollen and enlarged. Problems with the lymphatic system should not be underestimated either.

Weakness

Are you eating as you usually do, not overexerting yourself, in good physical and mental condition, and yet feel overall weakness? If exhaustion and related phenomena occur every day, it is appropriate to address why this is. If it is not due to a change in lifestyle, it is certainly due to some problem.
