I always drink this beverage before spring when I want to lose a few kilos and also during periods of viral infections, sore throat and weakened immunity.
If you want to lose weight, don’t forget besides this beverage to ensure adequate fluid intake, cut down on fried and unhealthy foods, and the drink will work.
I use it regularly and have only good experiences with it.
The main ingredients are ginger, lemon, mint and plain water – in summer I drink it chilled, in winter it is best at room temperature or as green tea. Together these three ingredients are very strong, they dissolve fats and also boost your immunity. If you have tonsillitis or inflammation, ginger will deal with it quickly. I recommend it!
We need:
- Juice of 2 lemons,
- 1.5 liters of water or green tea (from loose leaf tea),
- a 4 cm slice of peeled ginger
- 6 leaves of fresh washed mint
Instructions:
Pour the lemon juice into the water, add the washed mint leaves and finely chopped pieces of ginger.
Stir and let it rest for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Drink throughout the day, mostly after meals, because the drink helps, among other things, to better digest the consumed food and speeds up your metabolism.
